New Development / New Home, Low Deposit Construction land plots offered on a joint venture basis with the developer and sales and marketing partner .  All the properties to be constructed on these land plots will also be marketed through us too The land plot purchases will be as follows:- A new Off Shore Ltd Company  will be used as the purchase vehicle to acquire each land plot from the developer.
